Investing in Melanie’s Mastermind was completely transformational for my business.  I have grown and scaled a successful direct sales business successfully for the last almost 20 years.  However, several years ago I reached a big turning point in my career.  I found myself tapped out.  My kids continued to get older and their schedules got busier.  I wanted to be with my family for everything, but I still had big goals and dreams for my business.

Save I found myself at the same fork in the road that I reached with my corporate career: Do I want to be a really great wife and mom or do I want to grow in my career? I knew that if I wanted to continue to grow and scale I was going to have to increase my activity.  I am a hard worker, and I am not afraid to put the time and effort in that it takes to be successful.  But I didn’t have any more hours in the day or nights of the week to work.   I wasn’t willing to give up any more of my family time.  I remember sitting in my office one day thinking, “You either need to learn to time travel or divide yourself into two if you want to make this work.”  Neither of those things were possible until I met Melanie.

Melanie taught me how to improve on my already amazing systems.  She taught me to automate things so that I could actually be at my son’s hockey game and still run an event for my team.  She showed me how I could actually go on vacation and fully shut down and not worry that my business would fully shut down too.  Now I am at every practice, every game, have taken several vacations, work less days of the week, and I no longer worry that if something happens to me that my business will suffer.

With solid systems and automation I have actually divided myself into two!  I can be in two places at once (or three or four!) in different time zones, and even have my business work for me while I sleep.  I am the happiest that I have ever been in both my professional and personal life.  And now I am teaching others how to do the same.

It’s funny because I think a lot of our beginning work was more strategic and then it shifted to a lot of mindset work. The 1 on 1 coaching was probably the best thing I’ve ever done for my business. My upper is amazing but not active on social media. Therefore, I have been taking trainings since I started with Steeped Tea about 2.5 years ago. I have done many amazing trainings, but nothing quite like this!! Katy and Melanie are two of the top in the network marketing field, and I know why!!

First off, they helped sooo much with my instagram (I was pretty clueless before). Now, I often get sale leads and people joining my team from instagram and now I LOVE instagram.

Although I learned that I was doing a lot incorrectly, it was also a huge relief and validation for the things I was already doing correctly. All in all, if I could give any advice, it would be to do the one on one training if they offer it again!!!

I LOVE the community. I’ve learned how to confidently and authentically show up on IG that is not icky. My audience is growing. I’m making connections and I learn something new each and every day. I Love, love this group. Last month’s focus on email sequencing was a game-changer too.

Melanie and Katy have been the mentors/upline I’ve never had. Ive been alone in this business for many years after my upline quit and it can feel lonely at times.
