1) Running my coach sneak peeks MONTHLY rather than a couple times a year . I have had a 2 week marketing plan for a long time , but when I was inviting people to the opportunity, there was nothing to INVITE them to. Since I had a recording I would send them, there was less excitement and urgency. Now, I run my sneak peeks EVERY MONTH and they always deliver! 

2) Positioning myself as the expert. I have become so much more BOLD when talking in my stories and in the DMs to people about why I am the person for the job to mentor them. Tweaking HOW I show up in my stories has changed peoples’ belief that they can have success when joining my team. 

3) Asking the right questions, identifying their WHY, and leaning into it. I have never had a coach join me in the month of December before, but I made a “theme” for the month called CASH FOR CHRISTMAS (thanks for the idea, Melanie!) and what do you know, it WORKED! And when I would have those convos in the DMs with people interested, I listened more than I talked. And when I got to the root of their why and how the income could benefit THEM, I leaned hard into why joining my team will help them reach their goals. (Before this course, I would talk way too much, and not listen enough!)
