My name is Heather O’Neill, I am from Vermont and I am currently a Millionaire Team Member with Herbalife.

Since beginning the mastermind with Melanie in December, I have seen an increase of 50,000+ in sales from my organization (team) . I have received some amazing tools and structures to help get better organized and lead my team to success. 

We have taken on more coaches to our team January-April then we did all last year 2022.

I do this business side by side with my husband. And he loves hearing Melanie speak and uses her tools and podcasts as well!! 

Melanie is truly such an amazing person, and such an inspirational leader. I love and enjoy all of the time we get to spend with her, and when  driving I listen to her podcasts on repeat. 

During this mastermind I was also able to get four of my team members to sign up for the recruitment course just launched as well!! So my team believes just as much as I do that these courses are important!!

I had no schedule with my team. My onboarding process was inconsistent and my time management was seriously lacking. My business is more automated now than ever!  I love it…my team loves it, my customers love it!   Melanie is brilliant!  She has this down to a T and is so fluent in her direction!  You know she has the experience to teach it because there is no question posed to her that she doesn’t have a solid answer for. We’ve seen an increase in recruiting.  New consultants are starting stronger and reaching milestones quickly.  New consultants are also adding teammates within their first 10 days which did not happen prior to using the systems we learned.  This Mastermind was worth its weight in gold!  I would strongly encourage enrollment! The systems you learn are tried and true, duplicatable and will bring the consistency needed to grow in all areas of your business.

Investing in Melanie’s Mastermind was completely transformational for my business.  I have grown and scaled a successful direct sales business successfully for the last almost 20 years.  However, several years ago I reached a big turning point in my career.  I found myself tapped out.  My kids continued to get older and their schedules got busier.  I wanted to be with my family for everything, but I still had big goals and dreams for my business.

Save I found myself at the same fork in the road that I reached with my corporate career: Do I want to be a really great wife and mom or do I want to grow in my career? I knew that if I wanted to continue to grow and scale I was going to have to increase my activity.  I am a hard worker, and I am not afraid to put the time and effort in that it takes to be successful.  But I didn’t have any more hours in the day or nights of the week to work.   I wasn’t willing to give up any more of my family time.  I remember sitting in my office one day thinking, “You either need to learn to time travel or divide yourself into two if you want to make this work.”  Neither of those things were possible until I met Melanie.

Melanie taught me how to improve on my already amazing systems.  She taught me to automate things so that I could actually be at my son’s hockey game and still run an event for my team.  She showed me how I could actually go on vacation and fully shut down and not worry that my business would fully shut down too.  Now I am at every practice, every game, have taken several vacations, work less days of the week, and I no longer worry that if something happens to me that my business will suffer.

With solid systems and automation I have actually divided myself into two!  I can be in two places at once (or three or four!) in different time zones, and even have my business work for me while I sleep.  I am the happiest that I have ever been in both my professional and personal life.  And now I am teaching others how to do the same.

Personal calls with Katy and Melanie were by far the most valuable part of this program. Picking the brains of two highly successful business women was such a gift ! Whether it was working on strategy or mindset I learned so much and feel more capable and confident because of it!

It’s funny because I think a lot of our beginning work was more strategic and then it shifted to a lot of mindset work. I thought I had a pretty good mindset but I realized through this that to elevate myself to the leader I want to be and to have the team I want to have I needed to next level everything, including my mindset!

The 1 on 1 coaching was probably the best thing I’ve ever done for my business. My upper is amazing but not active on social media. Therefore, I have been taking trainings since I started with Steeped Tea about 2.5 years ago. I have done many amazing trainings, but nothing quite like this!! Katy and Melanie are two of the top in the network marketing field, and I know why!!

First off, they helped sooo much with my instagram (I was pretty clueless before). Now, I often get sale leads and people joining my team from instagram and now I LOVE instagram.

More importantly, they taught me about how to lead a team. They taught me not to focus on the negative nellies and that helped me mentally soooo much. Realizing they exist in every organization was mind-blowing, and made me understand where to focus my energy Then, they taught me about how to correctly incentivize the team, how to motivate them, and how to make a positive and encouraging team for everyone (my number one goal). They also helped 15 of my leaders promote because they did an amazing call with them that we are still all in awe of.

Although I learned that I was doing a lot incorrectly, it was also a huge relief and validation for the things I was already doing correctly. All in all, if I could give any advice, it would be to do the one on one training if they offer it again!!!

I LOVE the community. I’ve learned how to confidently and authentically show up on IG that is not icky. My audience is growing. I’m making connections and I learn something new each and every day. I Love, love this group. Last month’s focus on email sequencing was a game-changer too.

Melanie and Katy have been the mentors/upline I’ve never had. Ive been alone in this business for many years after my upline quit and it can feel lonely at times. The chic community helps me not only grow in all areas of my business but challenges me, pushes me, and gives me the community I need to not feel so alone. Forever grateful 🙏🏻
