We are so excited about what is happening in the Chic Community. What we love about Chic and the enrollment in Chic is that it is always ongoing, so you can join at any time. Every month we have a theme, so we always focus on something that we know that our community is really loving and maybe needing a little bit more of. And so, March is no different. We just created our March calendar and we couldn’t be more excited!
January was awesome, but our community members got so much in February. We talked about how to determine your X-factor. That was a big thing for business owners. We saw people were struggling with figuring out what sets them apart, what makes them different, and what makes them not a carbon copy. There were a lot of light bulb moments in our community with that training! And then we took it a step further and focused on how do you actually audit and use what is actually working in your social media. So we created this document for our members where they can actually go in and audit their accounts. We’ve been able to audit with them and talk about what works and what doesn’t and really listen to their audience. We also did a really great training on who are you speaking to, so that was a big one as well! And we still have one more training in February and we are so excited about it. We are bringing in a guest speaker, Brea Schmidt, who is a friend of ours. We met her a few months ago. She is the creator of the Thinking Branch, which is this beautiful Facebook page. She is also a contributor to ‘Her View From Home’, which is this amazing blog. And, she is also our photographer, so she wears many hats. And she is also a mom with crazy kids just like us. We are so excited to bring her in so that she can talk about social media storytelling. February has really really been an entire month of finding your voice on social media. And if you join, you get access to all of our past trainings! So everything we have done in the past is in a catalog for you when you become a member.
That leads us into March. The biggest challenge that we hear across the board with all business owners is ‘how do I use my social media appropriately?’, ‘what platforms should I be talking on?’, ‘how do I connect with the people that are there?’, ‘how do I use Instagram’?, ‘how do I use stories?’, ‘when should I post where?’ and all of the social media questions. So that is what we are focusing on in March! We are actually doing a social media breakdown in the first week. We are going to talk about each platform, what they are used for, what kind of audience, what kinds of things you share in what platform. And then we are going to move into an Instagram stories training. So if you have ever wondering what kind of apps that we use, or how we do the continuous videos, the swipe ups, the questions, and how do we use those for business, then this is the training for you, as we will cover all of that. Then we move to the grid. We’re going to talk specifically about your Instagram grid and how to tweak it, how to change it, and how to really improve upon what you are already doing. And also take those itea in February, where we really talked about your brand, your avatar, and who you are speaking to, and really making it mesh with what you are putting out there on your grid. And of course, we will be ending the month with a guest speaker who is really killing it on Instagram and will give us some feedback and tips regarding how to really grow your page strategically and how to grow it with the right audience. So, we are so excited to announce what is coming!
There is also a resource every Wednesday and our favorite day of the week is Friday, when we do our live Q&A sessions. We feel like sometimes we ingest so much training and then we have all of these questions. So we watch training and go and do it, and then we are like but “what about this?” and “what about that?”. In other courses and communities, you sometimes don’t get that troubleshooting opportunity. So we always do an hour of Q&A every single Friday live. we just pour into our community members and address what they need and give them answers to questions they may have had throughout the week.
