In the first 8 months of 2022, I recruited 6 coaches to my team. After joining the rockstar recruitment course, I added 13 new coaches to my team in the final 4 months of the year! 

The difference for me was tweaking the way I was doing things. Because you can THINK you’re doing things the way you should, but a simple tweak can change EVERYTHING. 

Here are the tweaks that the rockstar recruitment course helped me identify and change: 

1) Running my coach sneak peeks MONTHLY rather than a couple times a year . I have had a 2 week marketing plan for a long time , but when I was inviting people to the opportunity, there was nothing to INVITE them to. Since I had a recording I would send them, there was less excitement and urgency. Now, I run my sneak peeks EVERY MONTH and they always deliver! 

2) Positioning myself as the expert. I have become so much more BOLD when talking in my stories and in the DMs to people about why I am the person for the job to mentor them. Tweaking HOW I show up in my stories has changed peoples’ belief that they can have success when joining my team. 

3) Asking the right questions, identifying their WHY, and leaning into it. I have never had a coach join me in the month of December before, but I made a “theme” for the month called CASH FOR CHRISTMAS (thanks for the idea, Melanie!) and what do you know, it WORKED! And when I would have those convos in the DMs with people interested, I listened more than I talked. And when I got to the root of their why and how the income could benefit THEM, I leaned hard into why joining my team will help them reach their goals. (Before this course, I would talk way too much, and not listen enough!)

My downline has told me THANK YOU time and time again for leading the way with this and they too feel more confident in inviting. I would have months with zero new coaches and now I have at least 4 new each month. I am much more organized and have the confidence to talk about the business daily in private messages and on social! It was all laid out so great and very thorough.

OMG This course gave me confidence and taught me how to effectively present and recruit to the business opportunity!  Even hosted my first webinar! My energy has shifted and I’m actually attracting new business partners. I’ve recruited more working coaches in the past 4 months than I have in the past two years!   My downline seen my energy shift as a leader and is starting to grow too!  So thankful for this training!  It included everything I needed PLUS so much more!

I feel more confident in my approach. This course gave me very specific actions/changes to make in my business, which in turn increased my confidence. I’ve been able to share some of my learnings with my team and am encouraging other team members to take the course so they can hear the info for themselves.

I am so much more confident in my marketing calendar, leading my team, inviting to the opportunity how it feels best for me, bringing on new members with a plan in place! I’m not a huge recruiter but bringing on a handful of team members each month is one thing but them having success and hitting their own business goals because of the plan and systems in place is what gets me excited!
